In a magnetic filter, there are strong permanent magnetic tubes fixed onto a framework. We know that a magnet is a material or object that produces a magnetic field. This magnetic field is invisible but is responsible for the most notable property of a magnet: a force that pulls on other ferromagnetic materials, such as iron, and attracts or repels other magnets. And a permanent magnet is an object made from a material that is magnetized and creates its own persistent magnetic field.

When anything containing iron/steel substances passes through the framework of the magnetic filter, the iron/steel substances will attach themselves onto the wall of the tubes. Thus your equipment, facilities and products will be protected.

Our standard bars is 25mm.(1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers' request up to 2500mm. The magnetic flux can reach 11000GS. Besides, we also take special orders, such as square shape magnetic bars. The size of tube, length of the magnetic tubes, and shape of the framework will vary according to your application. Magnetic filters are widely used in medicines, sanitation, textile, machinery and foodstuffs. The filter will attract iron/steel substances from liquids, from granules or powders.
